Find your way
to your portal.

Your service business has a place for your project. Start with the invitation they sent you, then sign in with your email and a one-time code.

Search your inbox for your service business’s name. The subject may say “Your portal access is ready” or “Welcome Back.” Open the portal link in that message.

The sign-in page should show the business you’re working with.

Your project.
From your side.

Once you’re in, open your project to see what your service business has shared with you.

Your visit
Find the project address and scheduled appointment details.
Your paperwork
Review estimates, sign agreements when requested, and open shared documents and photos.
Your bill
Check invoices and payment history. When the business offers online payment, you can pay from the portal.

A little help
getting in.

Start with the part that’s holding you up.

I can’t find my invitation.

Search your inbox and spam folder for the business’s name. If there’s still no invitation, contact that business and ask them to resend your portal link. Each business has its own sign-in page, so the general Garrison login is not the place to start.

My email code hasn’t arrived.

Check the email address you entered, your spam folder, and that you’re on the right business’s page. Wait for the resend option to become available before requesting another code. If nothing arrives, ask the business to confirm the email address on your customer record.

The code won’t work.

Use the most recent code you received, and check that all six digits are entered correctly. If it has expired, request a new code when the sign-in page allows it. Keep the same business’s sign-in page open while you check your email.

I’m seeing the wrong business or account.

Go back to the link in the correct business’s invitation. If you’re already signed in to a different account, sign out first. Use the customer email that business has on file, rather than a team member’s Garrison login.

My project or a document is missing.

Your portal shows the projects linked to your customer account and the records your service business makes available. Ask that business to check the project connection or share the missing file. They can also help with appointments, estimate questions, and invoice changes.

Still looking for
the right link?

Your service business can help. Here’s a message you can copy and send to them.

Hi, I’m trying to access my customer portal. Could you resend my portal invitation and confirm which email address is linked to my project? Thank you.
