Something
not quite right?
A few checks that can help you find the missing piece.
I can’t see a project. Where should I start?
First check you’re working in the right organization. Then ask an owner or admin to check your role and whether you’re assigned to the project. See Add your team and control access.
I created an estimate, but my customer never got it.
Create Estimate marks an estimate as sent without delivering it. Open the estimate and use Send to Client to text or email it. See Create and send an estimate.
My customer can sign in, but a photo or document is missing.
Check the customer is attached to the project. A document appears once you choose Add to Portal. Photos need Show in Client Portal on the project and Include in Client Portal on each area. See Organize photos and documents.
The phone number works for calls. Why can’t I text yet?
A local number can text once its business registration is approved, usually within 24–48 hours. Check it with Register messaging on the number. Texting from a toll-free number is turned on by our support team, so contact us. See Get a business phone number.
My voice memo stopped, or the transcript isn’t ready.
Recordings stop at five minutes. If recording won’t start, check your browser’s microphone permission. After the preview, select Upload to save the memo, then give the transcript a moment. If it fails, use Retry transcription on the memo.
Let’s work it out together.
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and the page you were on. A project or invoice number helps us find the right context.
