Voice Memos
Say it while
it’s fresh.
The detail you noticed. The thing the customer mentioned. Capture it on the project or customer, before the next job takes over.
A voice memo now.
Less remembering later.
Record, listen back, and save. Garrison keeps the audio and turns your words into a transcript and an AI summary.
The whole thought.
Or the short version.
Read the detail or get the gist. The original recording stays there when you want to hear it again.
Just finished the walk-through at Oakridge. The upstairs vent is still rattling when the system starts. Avery said it’s most noticeable in the back bedroom. The filter is a sixteen by twenty-five by one. Let’s bring a replacement and check the vent fasteners when we come back on Thursday.
Oakridge residence, transcript.That little detail.
Right where you left it.
Voice memos live alongside the other notes in the project or customer activity feed. Search the transcript and summary to find the detail you need again.
