What happens when Free Forever runs out of usage?
Free has no subscription charge and no paid overage. AI work pauses when your starting or purchased Fuel runs out; you can add a prepaid pack or choose a paid plan. Email and document allowances have their own monthly limits.
How does annual billing work?
Your subscription is billed yearly. Fuel, text, voice, email, and document allowances are pooled for the subscription year, so they can be used across that year. Storage stays a fixed capacity. Phone numbers remain separate monthly rentals.
Do I pay more when someone joins the team?
There is no per-seat subscription charge. Every plan includes unlimited team members, projects, and locations. The team shares the business’s usage allowances, so more activity can use more of that allowance.
Are Phone and Marketing separate subscriptions?
Marketing is included in Garrison plans, with the applicable usage allowances. Phone calls and texts require a paid Garrison plan and a separately rented number. Carrier registration or verification may also be needed before messaging is available.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
An authorized billing manager can cancel in the organization’s billing settings. The subscription stops renewing at the end of the current paid period. Cancellation is separate from deleting the organization or its records.
