Refund Policy

Subject to the exceptions below, we do not provide refunds or credits for a change of mind, unused subscription time, unused included allowances, or a decision to stop using Garrison. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions, paid add-ons, purchased Fuel top-ups, and correctly billed usage charges.

Choosing an annual plan means paying for the full annual period. Cancelling partway through that period does not ordinarily create a refund for the remaining months. Purchased Fuel is intended for use in Garrison and is not ordinarily redeemable for cash. Any cash-redemption or refund right required by law still applies.

A billing manager can cancel a paid subscription in the organization’s billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Paid access continues through that period, subject to the Terms of Service. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. Valid usage charges already incurred remain payable.

If you cannot access the cancellation control, contact hello@garrison.app. Statutory withdrawal or termination rights may require different timing and take priority over the ordinary end-of-period cancellation process.

The general no-refund rule does not apply where:

• Applicable law requires a refund, price reduction, repair, repeat performance, or another remedy, including for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered service.
• Your order, the Terms of Service, or a written agreement with BRHND LLC gives you a refund or credit right.
• We permanently end a prepaid service for our convenience. As our Terms of Service provide, we will refund the unused prepaid subscription portion for that service.

If a payment was duplicated, incorrect, or unauthorized, contact us so we can investigate and make any correction or refund that is due. This policy does not restrict your right to dispute a payment with your payment provider or use any other available legal remedy.

Garrison is designed for business use. Where you qualify as a consumer under the law that applies to your purchase, mandatory consumer protections still apply, including in California, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom.

Eligible distance purchases may carry a statutory withdrawal period, often 14 days. The applicable rules, exceptions, and any lawful charge for service already supplied depend on your purchase and location. Merely opening an account, paying, or starting to use Garrison does not by itself waive those rights. Any legally required express request, consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation must be obtained separately.

Nothing on this page makes a legally required refund discretionary, replaces a mandatory remedy with account credit, or shortens a statutory deadline.

Email hello@garrison.app with your organization name, purchase date, invoice or receipt reference, and a short explanation. Please do not send your password, full card number, or card security code. We will review the request against your agreement and applicable law and explain the outcome.

Contacting us does not replace any other valid way of exercising a statutory right or extend a deadline imposed by law. Where a refund is due, we will process it within the applicable legal deadline using the original payment method unless another method is lawfully agreed with you.

This policy does not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase or override a different refund promise in your order, the Terms of Service, or a written agreement with us. The purchase terms disclosed before payment and mandatory law take priority.
