Prefers a morning visit
A person, with a little more context.
Start with the customer’s details. Keep their conversations and project history close, so a returning call has somewhere useful to begin.
Start with one real job.
Build from there.
You don’t need to untangle the whole business in one sitting. Have a recent customer and a piece of work in mind when you’re ready to begin.
- The person behind the work
- Bring their contact details, the property address, and the small preferences your team should remember.
- The plan for the visit
- Keep the agreed scope, a useful photo, and the team’s schedule close. Start with what the next person needs to know.
- The paperwork that belongs with it
- Gather the estimate, notes, and invoice details. Seeing one job together makes the next one easier to organize.
Room for your team.
Clarity on the rest.
- Unlimited team members
- Unlimited projects
- Unlimited locations
Included on every plan, including Free Forever.
- Is there a free plan?
- Free Forever has no subscription charge. It includes 1,000 one-time AI Fuel, 100 emails sent and received per month, 10 PDFs per month, and 5 GB of storage.
- What changes on a paid plan?
- Paid plans are priced per business, with larger usage allowances. Starter is $150 per month on monthly billing. Additional usage is billed separately; adding another team member isn’t a separate seat charge.
- What about calls and texts?
- Calling and SMS require a paid Garrison plan and a separately rented number: $6 per month for a local number or $10 for toll-free. Each plan has its own usage allowance.
