Before you start
- Everyone in your workspace can send feedback and vote.
Send feedback
- Select Feedback on Home or at the bottom of the sidebar. You’ll also find Send feedback in Settings, under Help & feedback.
- Choose Issue for something that isn’t working, or Idea for something you’d like.
- Describe it: what you were doing, what happened, and the page you were on. Then select Send.
Garrison writes a short title for your feedback from what you wrote.
Vote on ideas
- Open Settings, choose Help & feedback and then Feedback board.
- Browse the Ideas and select the heart on the ones you want. Select it again to take your vote back.
- Your new idea shows Pending Approval, and only you can see it until our team has reviewed it.
Once approved, an idea is visible to every Garrison customer. Leave out customer names and other private details.
Follow the roadmap
- On the feedback board, open Roadmap, or select See what we’re building in the feedback panel.
- Ideas move through Planned, In Progress and Shipped.
